Our Online Practice Sessions give your Sales Leaders and Sales Managers the chance to practice and refine their most challenging conversations in a ‘safe’, non-consequential environment, increasing both their confidence and ability to have highly effective conversations; significantly improving conversation outcomes and extending their influence and impact within the organisation.
The Online Practice Sessions for Sales Leaders are 45 minute-1 hour sessions that can be purchased singularly, or in bulk and called off as needed.
You can use these sessions to practice a specific, upcoming conversation, or you may choose to use these sessions to build confidence and capability more generally across the board. The nature of the conversation will determine the level of direction and background information provided to the actor coach.

Our highly-experienced coaches expertly take on the relevant role and, at the end of the meeting, will provide real-time, behavioural feedback.
