Our Customer Conversation Online Practice Sessions give your salespeople the chance to practice customer conversations in a ‘fail safe’ environment’, adapt and refine their language, format and approach, all before getting in front of their customer.

These are 45 minute-1 hour sessions that can be purchased singularly, or in bulk and called off as needed. The salesperson chooses a time that is convenient for them for a 1-2-1 private Online Practice Session with a Salestrong actor coach. Our highly-experienced coaches act as your customer, interacting and responding exactly as your customers would. At the end of the meeting, the coach provides real-time, behavioural feedback. The salesperson can then make adjustments and practice again (and again). Sessions are recorded, allowing the salesperson to revisit the learning from their session/s at any point.

Our sales coaches each have thousands of hours of experience and can work to either a generic, typical example sales conversation, or take on the role of your specific customer, in which their actions and reactions are based on the description of your customer’s needs, concerns and your historical relationship with them.
