1-2-1 Sales Training Sessions are for individual salespeople looking to upskill, increase confidence, performance and capability. Typically, these sessions work best for:
- Those from smaller companies, where there is one salesperson managing all sales activities.
- Salespeople new to a team and looking to align with team processes and best practice.
- Salespeople looking for additional training or focus on a specific sales skill.
- Salespeople looking for additional development outside the confines of their organisation’s sales training offerings.
1-2-1 Sales Training will cover:
The content of the 1-2-1 Sales Training sessions will be designed to meet the specific needs of the individual and may focus on one or two specific sales skills, or a more comprehensive programme of 1-2-1 sales training. Because of this, the duration, frequency and number of sessions will vary but, typically, 1-2-1 sessions would be 2 hours in length and can be conducted in-person or virtually.
