There are no events available to book at present, but 2020 will see the launch of our latest free open workshop – Coaching for Sales Leaders.

This workshop is for sales leaders looking to develop their coaching skills and capability.  We’ll cover the basics, including

  • Why coaching is so critical to sales performance.
  • How often you should be doing it.
  • What impact you can expect to see.

We’ll then arm you with the core coaching skills and techniques that you need to help accelerate the performance of your sales people.

This will be a 1-day workshop, offered FOC.  Places, however, will be limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.  A maximum of 3 places per organisation will be available.
