Tracey is a passionate member of the Salestrong team, with a customer-centric approach and excellent attention to detail. This drive and focus allows Tracey to support both our clients and our team of coaches to ensure Salestrong transformation programmes are planned and executed to the highest level; agreeing project team roles and responsibilities; identifying and managing risk; driving accountability to programme actions and ensuring deliverables meet required quality standards. Tracey’s background is in sales and customer service, having led internal sales teams to deliver targets through cross and upselling, while achieving exceptional customer service levels. In addition, Tracey has experienced working in purchasing organisations. Tracey brings this wealth of sales experience to the role, giving her a greater understanding of the specific challenges facing the sales teams and sales leaders we work with.
