Sales performance improves exponentially when sales people have a chance to practice sales conversations and pitches before getting in front of their customers. When you add in feedback to those practice sessions, the positive impact on performance is staggering.
The reality, though, is that sales people never get the opportunity to practice these important conversations, despite the fact that it is these conversations which directly impact how successful they are.
At Salestrong, we’re doing things a bit differently, moving towards a more immersive, experience-led solution that turns theory into practice to really accelerate sales performance. Join us for our free webinar on 17th September, in which we’ll be providing a demo of our Customer Conversation Practice and Feedback sessions.
These sessions are online virtual conversations conducted via a video link between a sales person and a Salestrong practice coach, in which the coach takes on the role of the customer. Fully briefed beforehand on the profile, needs and priorities of your customer, our highly-experienced coaches respond just as your customer would. Not only does the sales person get the opportunity to practice in this safe and non-consequential environment, but they receive immediate, actionable feedback and the opportunity to practice again, applying the learning from their first run-through.
Since the majority of sales conversations and pitches are now taking place online, this process has the added benefit of giving sales people the opportunity to practice these skills in this virtual format.
The demo itself will last approximately 20 minutes and there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the webinar. During the remainder of the webinar we will be sharing some practical tools and tips on how to improve sales performance, with particular reference to the virtual selling environment.
Please use the link on this page to book your free place. We will send you a joining instructions and your zoom invite details nearer the time.
The webinar is 1 hour, which includes a 20 minute demo and 10-15 minutes for questions at the end of the session.
